IT'S BETTER LATE THAN NEVER BUT NOW THAT THE MASK MANDATE HAS ENDED I'M HERE TONIGHT TO ENCOURAGE THE BOARD TO TAKE A HARD LOOK AT HOW THE BOARD'S RESPONSE TO COVID HAS NEGATIVELY IMPACTED THE THES SO IT DOESN'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES NEXT TIME. THIS BOARD WOULD INFLUENCE STATE POLICY ON MASKING AND SHOULD IF THIS COMES UP AGAIN.
THE BOARD HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT DOESN'T CARE WHAT PARENTS THINK WHEN IT COMES TO OUR OPINION ABOUT THE SUPPOSED BENEFITS OF MASKS BUT I HOPE THE BOARD IS AT LEAST WILLING TO LISTEN TO STUDENTS AND PARENTS WHEN IT COMES TO HARMS CAUSED BY MASKING AND I ENCOURAGE THE BOARD TO TAKE THE SAME APPROACH TAKE MACHINE A RECENT GERMAN STUDY I PROVIDED TO THE BOARD WHERE THEY SURVEYED OVER 20,000 STUDENTS AND FOUND THAT TWO THIRD OF THOSE STUDENTS REPORTED ONE OR MORE IMPAIRMENTS CAUSED BY MASKING INCLUDING 53% OF STUDENTS REPORTING REGULAR HEADACHES, 49% REPORTING DIFFICULTIES IN CONCENTRATION AND 38% REPORTING LEARNING IMPAIRMENTS.
WHEN COVID HIT IN SPRING 2020 ALMOST NO ONE WAS PREPARED AND THE MISTAKES MADE ARE UNDERSTANDABLE BECAUSE NO ONE EXPECTS GOVERNMENT TO BE PERFECT BUT WE EXPECT GOVERNMENT TO LEARN FROM ITS MISTAKES AND UNLESS THE BOARD IS WILLING TO MAKE THE EFFORT TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE AND HOW THEY'VE HARMED STUDENTS, THERE'S THE STRONG RISK THAT YOU'LL MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES LAST TIME SO I ENCOURAGE THE BOARD TO PROACTIVELY SEEK TO LEARN FROM PARENTS AND STUDENTS ABOUT HOW THEY'VE BEEN HARMED BY THESE MASK MAN DATES TO DEVELOP A BETTER POLICY NEXT TIME. THROUGH MIDDLE SCHOOL I WAS MOTIVATED DRIVEN AND HEALTHY WAKING UP FEELING RESTED AND PUT MY BEST FOOT FORWARD IN EVERYTHING I DID. MOSTLY MY ACADEMICS.
HOWEVER, AS SOON AS I HAD TO BE AT SCHOOL BY 7:00:20 A.M. MY GRADES AND OVERALL WELL BEING DROPPED DRASTICALLY.
COMPLETING HOMEWORK AND GOING TO DANCE WHICH I LOVED TO -- THAT I SIMPLY DIDN'T HAVE THE ENERGY. I LEFTED MY CARPOOL AND GOT TO SCHOOL RIGHT BEFORE IT STARTED. THAT TEN EXTRA MINUTES HELPED SO MUCH. HOWEVER IT'S NOT ENOUGH.
TEENS NEED EIGHT TO TEN HOURS OF SLEEP MEANING I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO BED AROUND 9:00 P.M. THAT'S NOT REALISTIC FOR THE AMOUNT OF HOMEWORK AND EXTRACURRICULARS PILED ONTO US WE'RE GETTING FIVE TO SIX HOURS OF SLEEP AT A MAXIMUM.
OUR BRAIN DOESN'T PRODUCE MELATONIN VERY FAST.
WE KBT SLEEP UNTIL 11 OR 12:00. OUR BRAINS DO NOT WANT TO WAKE UP UNTIL 8:00 OR 9:00. BY ASKING FOR LATER START TIMES WE'RE NOT BEING LAZY OR TRYING TO DODGE LEARNING LIFE SKILL EASY A. THIS IS OUR NATURAL RHYTHM.

ON MARCH 17TH, A FRIEND ALERTED ME THAT POLICE WERE TRAINING THEIR CANINE UNITS AT REDMOND HIGH SCHOOL AND THAT IT WAS FREAKING OUT THE CHILDREN ESPECIALLY WHEN DOGS BARKED AT THEM WHEN THEY WALKED NEARBY. SO MANY QUESTIONS RACED THROUGH MY MIND. WHY WERE THEY EVEN THERE? DID THIS HAPPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCHOOL DAY? WHY WERE THE POLICE HOLDING CANINE UNIT TRAINING AT A CHILDREN'S SCHOOL? WHY WERE THESE DOGS SO BADLY TRAINED THAT THEY WOULD BARK AT PEOPLE WALKING PAST.
UPON FURTHER INQUIRY I FOUND OUT THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND OF A TWO-DAY TRAINING BOTH DAYS HAPPENING IN RHS DURING THE DAY WHILE CLASS WAS IN SESSION. I FOUND OUT THAT MULTIPLE PARENTS HAD NO IDEA THIS TRAINING WAS HAPPENING UNTIL A FELLOW RHS PARENT HAD POSTED ABOUT THE CANINE TRAINING ON A FACEBOOK GROUP. I KEPT WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SAY THEY KNEW ABOUT THE TRAINING BUT EVERY NEW NAME GIVEN ENDED UP BEING PART OF THE NEWS TO ME CLUB.
THIS TRAINING OF CANINE DOGS BY THE RPD HAPPENED WITH LITTLE TO NO NOTICE TO PARENTS AND NOT EVEN THE SUPERINTENDENT KNEW ABOUT IT. THE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY IS BAD ENOUGH. SO ANNUALLY, WE GO THROUGH A PROCESS TO BE THOUGHTFUL AROUND PLANNING FOR OUR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR KNOWING THE SITUATION WE HEARD A COMMENT TONIGHT AROUND SOME OF THE ACADEMIC CHALLENGES THAT OUR STUDENTS ARE FACING. WANT TO BE THOUGHTFUL TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PLANNING EFFORTS THAT ARE GOING ON RIGHT NOW ARE DIRECTLY ALIGNED WITH THE NEEDS OF OUR STUDENTS.

IN ADDITION THIS IS A PROCESS WE'VE BEEN USING FOR MANY YEARS, COVID AS MANY THINGS DISRUPTED THE PLANNING PROCESS WE TYPICALLY DO IN OUR PLANNING OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS HAS BEEN HOW TO RESPOND TO COVID.NOW WE'RE MOVING TO HOW DO WE EXIT AND KIND OF RECAPTURE SOME OF THE LEARNING OUR STUDENTS NEED BOTH ACADEMICALLY AND ALSO IN TERMS OF SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL.
WE ARE LOOKING AT INITIATIVES IDENTIFIED AS PAREPTIDE FOR THE LONG TERM BENEFITS OF OUR STUDENTS.
BACK IN 2019 WE IDENTIFIED WELL BEING AS AN IMPORTANT NEED FOR OUR STUDENTS. CONTINUING PROGRAMS AND PRACTICES BEING CONSIDERED TO SUPPORT STUDENT NEEDS.
BOTH IN TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION BUT HOW WE EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THOSE SO, FOR EXAMPLE, WE HAVE NEW MATH CURRICULUM IN OUR SCHOOLS AND SO HOW DO WE FIGURE OUT HOW DID THAT GO THIS YEAR SHARING PROFESSIONAL LEARNING WITH OUR STAFF AND IMPLEMENTING THAT NEW CURRICULUM AND HOW DO WE USE THAT TO INFORM NEXT YEAR'S WORK WE NEED TO DO TO ENSURE WE HAVE CONTINUOUS SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION LEARNING.
SO AS WE LOOK INTO NEXT YEAR SOME PROGRAMS AND PRACTICES THAT WE'RE CONSIDERING THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ALIGN WITH OUR STRATEGIC PLAN BUT ALSO TO ALIGN WITH WHAT WE'RE HEARING FROM THE PEOPLE IN OUR SCHOOLS WE'VE MENTIONED SOME OF THESE IN SOME OF THE EARLIER YOU I DID SESSIONS AND BOARD MEETINGS BUT ONE OF THOSE IS ARPD OUR WORK TO MAKE OUR SCHOOLS MORE INCLUSIVE FOR ALL STUDENTS INCLUDING STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES.
AS MINKSED WE ALSO RECOGNIZE NATIONALLY THE IDEA THAT HAHS NEED SUPPORT SOCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY AS THEY COME FROM VERY DIFFERENT SETTING BACK INTO SCHOOL AND HAVING BEEN OUT OF SCHOOL FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. CONTINUED EMPHASIS AS OUR NEW BOARD POLICY ON EQUITY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORTING EQUITY TEAMS IN OUR SCHOOLS.
AND THERE'S -- WE WERE MENTIONING EARLIER TONIGHT JUST SOME REFRESHERS THAT WE NEED. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU RECALL WE HAVE I BELIEVE OVER 200, 250 NEW TEACHERS ONLINE EVERY YEAR AND SO THAT IS AS LARGE AS MANY SMALL DISTRICTS MEANING WE HAVE TO BE THINKING ABOUT HOW WE PROVIDE REFRESHERS FOR FOLKS COMING IN. LAST THING ON THIS SLIDE WE

MENTIONED THE IDEA OF MULTITIERED SYSTEMS OF SUPPORT.MAKING SURE ALL STUDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO CORE CURRICULUM AND INTENSIFIED LEVELS OF SUPPORT AS STUDENTS NEED THAT AND SO MANY IF NOT ALL OF THESE AREAS REALLY FALL UNDER THAT MULTITIERED SYSTEM FRAMEWORK. IN ADDITION WE ARE WORKING HARD TO MAKE EQUITY NOT A STAND ALONE THING BUT WOVEN THROUGHOUT OUR CURRICULUM AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING AND OUR TRAINING AND SO OUR TEAMS ARE REALLY WORKING INTENSALLY TO BUILD EQUITY INTO THAT TRAINING AND SUPPORT. THE LEGISLATIVE SESSION CONCLUDED MARCH 10TH I BELIEVE AND WITH THAT CAME A LOT OF WORK IN REGARD TO BUDGET MORE THAN WE TYPICALLY SEE IN THE SHORT SESSIONS AND SO TONIGHT'S UPDATE PROVIDES NOT ONLY UPDATES AROUND BILLS BUT ALSO SOME OF THOSE FINANCIAL IMPACTS RELATED TO THE LEGISLATIVE SESSION.
THE FOCUS OF THAT ALIGNS WITH OUR STRATEGIC PLAN AND OUR MISSION AND VISION. SO THE PLATFORM WAS BROKEN OUT AND APPROVED IN THE DECEMBER 6TH BOARD MEETING.
>> RECEIVED FUNDSES FOR OUR SIMILAR SIZED NEIGHBORS.
WE ASKED OURLATURE TO INCREASE FUNDING.
WE WILL HAVE NO ADDITIONAL FUNDS NEXT YEAR.
THEY DID PROVIDE PARTIAL STABILIZATION FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR SO THIS YEAR FOR OUR SMALL ENROLLMENT LOSS COMPARED TO 1920 SO WE'RE RECEIVING 50% OF OUR ENROLLMENT LOSS.
THE LEGISLATURE DID PROVIDE SOME INCREASE FOR TECHNOLOGY VERY SMALL AMOUNT. WE RECEIVE ABOUT 4 MILLION IN FUNDING FROM THE STATE FOR TECHNOLOGY.
THE REST OF THOSE FUNDS ARE PAID FOR MA DID NOT PASS AND THEN

THERE WAS A BILL OUT THERE TO PROVIDE REIMBURSEMENT TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR THE ACTUAL COST OF TRANSPORTATION -- THAT BILL DID NOT PASS. HOWEVER, THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET THE NEXT YEAR INCLUDED A SAFETY NET PROCESS FOR THAT SPENDING.THE SECOND REQUEST WAS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AND THE ELECT WHICH YOU ARE DID PROVIDE -- AND IT'S PHASED OVER A THREE-YEAR PERIOD SO WE'LL RECEIVE THE FIRST YEAR NEXT FALL AND THEN IF THEY CONTINUE TO IMPROVE FUNDING IN THE NEXT YEAR WE'LL RECEIVE THAT OVER TWO YEARS.
THE REQUIREMENTS THERE IS A COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT.
WE MUST SHOW TOTAL FTE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE ALLOCATION.
THE GOOD NEWS IS WE ALREADY FUND SIGNIFICANTLY MORE FTE AND SO WE ARE MEETING THOSE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
AND IT CONTINUES EVEN WITH THIS NEW STATE FUNDING.
IT CONTINUES TO REMAIN UNDERFUNDED BY THE STATE.
SO THIS SLIDE KIND OF DIVES INTO THE DETAILS OF THE PROTOTYPICAL MODEL FOR PHYSICAL SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT STAFF AND THE STAFF INCLUDED IN THAT CATEGORY INCLUDES COUNSELORS, NURSES, MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORTS. CLASSIFIED STAFF AND STUDENT SAFETY. FAMILY ENGAGEMENT STAFF.
SO ON THE LEFT SIDE, THE BAR CHART SHOWS TOTAL SPENDING OF $21 MILLION IN THE DISTRICT. AND THE BLUE PART OF THE BAR IS STATE FUNDED PORTION SO THEY FUND 8.5 MILLION AND THE REMAINING 60% RIGHT NOW ARE FUNDED FROM OUR LOCAL LEVY DOLLARS. AND THEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS THE FTE. WE HIRE ABOUT 183 FTE AND THE STATE FUNDS 78 FTE. SO AS -- SO THIS NEXT -- THE LINE THAT'S COMING IN IS THE FUNDING LEVEL FOR WHAT THE LEGISLATURE PASSED AND SO YOU CAN SEE THAT SO THAT BLUE BAR WILL INCREASE TO THAT 22-23 FUNDING LEVEL.
AND THEN SHOULD THE LEGISLATURE APPROVE THE ADDITIONAL THREE YEAR PHASE IN, THEN THE POTENTIAL FUNDING LEVEL COULD GO TO THAT NEXT BLUE LINE. AND AGAIN WE KNOW THE COST WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE AS THEY DO EVERY YEAR.
IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT AND AGAIN SO YOU CAN ALSO SEE WE ALREADY MEET THE THREE YEAR PLAN AND IT'S GOING TO BE IMPORTANT FOR US TO CONTINUE TO BALANCE HOW WE SPEND OUR STATE AND LOCAL DOLLARS BECAUSE FOR EVERY NEW STATE DOLLAR WE SPEND WE KNOW THE STATE DOES NOT FUND 100% OF WHAT IT COSTS TO HIRE STAFF MEMBER SO WE WOULD HAVE TO FIND ADDITIONAL LEVY DOLLARS TO SUPPORT THOSE.
SO SOME ADDITIONAL BILLS. THE BILL FOR THAT THREE YEAR PHASE IN IS LISTED RIGHT THERE SENATE BILL 5595.
AND THEN THERE WAS A BILL RELATED TO EDUCATOR TRAINING AND IT CHANGED TIMING ON WHEN PARA EDUCATORS NEED TO BE TRAINED.
THAT BILL DID NOT PASS. WE ACTUALLY DID NOT SUPPORT THAT TIMING BECAUSE IT TIED KIND OF OUR -- LIMITED OUR FLEXIBILITY ON HOW TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO OUR PARA EDUCATORS AND WHEN TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND WE KNOW IT'S MOST IMPORTANT FOR OUR PEER

PARA EDUCATORS TO HAVE FLEXIBILITY IN WHEN THEY GET THEIR TRAINING AND HOW THEY'RE TRAINED WHETHER IN PERSON THEY'RE DOING SOME TRAINING RIGHT NOW ASYNCHRONOUSLY AND THAT'S BEEN VERY WELL RECEIVED BY PARA EDUCATORS.AND SO HOWEVER THE LEGISLATURE DID PUT IN THE BIANNUAL BUDGET TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DAYS OF TRAINING FOR PARA EDUCATORS AND SO WE'RE STILL ANALYZING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THAT.
SO AN ADDITIONAL TWO ITEMS IS TO FULLY FUND THE COST OF SEB AND NO CHANGES ON FUNDING OR ELIGIBILITY ROLES WHEN THEY IMPLEMENTED IT IN JANUARY OF I THINK 2020 NOW THEY ALSO ADDED REQUIREMENTS TO PAY FOR DISTRICTS TO COVER INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEES THAT WEREN'T PREVIOUSLY COVERED SUCH AS SUBS.
AND PART TIME STAFF -- SOME PART TIME STAFF AND SO WE'RE ASKING THAT IF THE LEGISLATURE IS ADDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS THAT THEY ALSO FUND THOSE REQUIREMENTS.
AND THE OTHER REQUEST WAS UNDER A TRACT TO RETAIN HIGH QUALITY STAFF AND CONTINUE TO INCREASE REPROCESSTY OF TEACHING CERTIFICATES AND ADDITIONAL PARTNERSHIPS WITH HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AND AT THIS TIME THERE'S BEEN NO CHANGES TO THAT. HOWEVER, AS PART OF THERE ARE THE BIABYULE BUDGET THE LEGISLATURE PROVIDED THEY TELL DISTRICTS WHAT TIN FLAGSARY IMD IS OR COLA FOR STAFF AND THEY IN THE SECOND YEAR OF THE BIANNUAL IT WAS ORIGINALLY 1.6% AND WHEN THEY DID THEIR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET THEY CHANGED THAT PERCENT TO 5.5%. AND SO AS A REMINDER BECAUSE THE STATE DOES NOT FUND 100% OF WHAT DISTRICTS HIRE FOR 1% COLA THE DISTRICT WILL NEED TO FIND A MILLION DOLLARS IN LOCAL FUNDING TO FUND THE COST OF THAT COLA AND THEN THEY ALSO INITIATED AN INCREASE IN THE SEB COST TO EMPLOYERS AND SO THEY PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE STATE FUNDED STAFF BUT THE DISTRICT HAS TO PROVIDE THE INCREASE FOR THE LOCAL FUNDED STAFF.
SO THE THIRD CATEGORY WAS OUR LONG TERM CATEGORY AND SO WE REQUESTED THREE THINGS MOSTLY RELATED OR RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION. TO UPDATE THE STATE FORMULA FOR CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANCE. AND THOSE STANDARDS WERE SET IN 1979 AND HAVE 23409 REALLY BEEN UPDATED AND THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. IT REMAINS UNDER FUNDED BY THE STATE. TWO, WE ALSO REQUESTED TO ALLOW SIMPLE MAJORITY FOR PASSAGE OF SCHOOL BONDS.
WE DID TESTIFY ON SOME HEARINGS AND BILLS AROUND THAT AND FOURNTLY THOSE BILLS DID NOT PASS AND THEN WE'RE CONTINUING TO ASKED TO ELIMINATE SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION SALES TAX ON SCHOOL DESTRUCTION PROJECTS BECAUSE THAT'S AN ADDITIONAL COST ON LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCIES SO YOU CAN SEE THE BILLS HOUSE BILL 1226 WAS THE SIMPLE MAJORITY REQUIREMENT AND THE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT DID NOT PASS.
THE NEXT THREE BILLS WERE RELATING TO OR THE NEXT TWO BILLS RELATING TO BUILDING SYSTEMS AND CODES.
ONE PASSED, HOUSE BILL 1280 REQUIRES LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS WHEN YOU ARE DESIGNING A BUILDING AND THEN HOUSE BILL 1770 BUILDING SYSTEMS AND CODES WOULD HAVE PUT NEW REQUIREMENTS IN FOR ENERGY AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.
THAT BILL DID NOT PASS AND CREATING DEPRECIATION SUB FUND FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND THAT BILL DID NOT PASS EITHER.
WE TESTIFIED KIND OF NOT IN SUPPORT OF THAT BILL BECAUSE IT JUST IT WAS CREATING ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING REQUIREMENTS AND SO THAT WAS GOOD NEWS. AND I THINK THIS IS MY LAST SLIDE. IT IS.

WHENEVER THAT WAS IN THE PAST SOMETIME IN THE LAST IT WAS EITHER TWO WEEKS AGO OR A YEAR AGO, WE HAD THE DISCUSSION AROUND OE-14 AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR INDICATORS FOR MONITORING THE DISTRICT'S COMPLIANCE WITH OPERATIONAL EXPECTATION 14 AND THAT'S THE ANTIRACISM INCLUSION AND EQUITY IN SCHOOLS POLICY THAT WE PASSED IN OCTOBER, SEPTEMBER OF 2021.
AND WE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS ON SATURDAY WITH DR. HOLEMAN GOING THROUGH THE INDICATORS. THERE ARE 11 SUB POLICIES I BELIEVE OF OE-14 ON SATURDAY WE DURING MANY HOURS OF DISCUSSION MADE IT THROUGH THE FIRST THREE OR FOUR.
AND THEN TONIGHT WE MET AGAIN TO GO KEEP WORKING THROUGH IT.
WE STILL HAVE THREE MORE INDICATORS TO CONTINUE WORKING THROUGH. AND WE'VE COMMITTED TO DOING THAT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SO I JUST WANTED TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY AN UPDATE ON THAT WORK.
IT IS STILL OUR EXPECTATION THAT THOSE INDICATORS WILL BE ADOPTED AND WE WILL START MONITORING THIS ACADEMIC YEAR.
SO THAT WORK IS ONGOING AND WE ARE WORKING TO COMPLETE THAT.
IN THE EQUITY SPACE I WANTED TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE THAT THE BOARD HAS BEEN WORKING ON A LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT.
WE ALSO WORKED ON THAT DURING OUR EX-TENED STUDY SESSION.
WE HAVE A DRAFT THAT WE ARE STARTING TO FEEL COMFORTABLE

I JUST WANT TO TAKE A MOMENT TO RECOGNIZE A CAREER OF EXCELLENCE.WE WERE SO FORTUNATE AS A SCHOOL DISTRICT TO WORK WITH HER AS A CONTRACTOR IN THE MID 2000S AND THEN SHE ACTUALLY WAS HIRED ON RIGHT AROUND 2010, 11, 12 RIGHT IN THAT PERIOD OF TIME AND -- A THIRST FOR EXCELLENCE AND SALLY PROVIDED THAT OVER THE LAST DECADE AND I CAN'T THAPG HER ENOUGH FOR WHAT SHE IS LEAVING THIS ORGANIZATION WITH. SHE IMPLEMENTED THE ONE THE ONE MODEL. AT THE SECONDARY LEVEL.
SHE SPUN ON A DIME AND IMPLEMENTED A ONE TO ONE MODEL FOR ELEMENTARY TWO DIFFERENT TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC AND THE SYSTEMS AND SUPPORTS THAT SHE HAS LED FROM SUPPORT FOR DEVICES, SUPPORT FOR TRAINING, HER WHOLE TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS TEAM AND EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO HER PARTNERSHIP AND REALLY THE LEADERSHIP TO ENGAGE WITH MICROSOFT SO THAT TODAY WE HAVE A FORMAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM IS REALLY REMARKABLE.
AND ALL OF THAT AND JUST A GREAT PERSON.
AND SO WE'RE GOING TO MISS SALLY AND HER PARTNERSHIP BUT SO GLAD SHE'S ABLE TO TAKE THIS NEXT STEP.
SHE'S GOING TO SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND SHE'S EXCITED TO SPEND TIME WITH HER GRANDCHILDREN AND SO WE'RE GOING TO MISS SALLY AS A TEAM AND SHE'S JUST BEEN A GREAT
